I went to this URL and tried to register so I can download The Complainterator:

http://spamtrackers.eu/downloads/index.php

What happens is that as soon as I put my username in and jump down to the line
where I put my email address, I get the following message after about a minute or so:

The server encountered an error or simply timed out.
Please try again in a few minutes or contact the system administrator.
==========

I did email the administrator, but just in case he looks here first, here you are...

Tried this on a different machine with a different OS and browser version...same exact issue.

Thanks for reporting this. That is definitely a back-end / server side problem, not a browser issue.

Red or anyone else: any info on why that would be happening?

I was just now able to register successfully, but I cannot download the program yet.

I get the following error:

Windows Internet Exploder
IE cannot download download.php from www.spamtrackers.eu.
IE was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is
either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

At this time the web site at http://spamtrackers.eu is not able to be contacted. It is timing out.

Site is back up now
