For several days I been getting:

 Firefox can't find the server at rss.uribl.com.
   Check the address for typing errors such as
    ww.example.com instead of

I can't find anything saying the site is down.
I am beginning to think I am being blocked.

I'm sorry, but you have no need to feel especially singled out.

At the time of writing, the problem you are experiencing is shared with 50% of Internet users around the world.

Either their DNS address resolution is going down, or is being changed not very graciously, or has been down and is coming back up. Time will tell.
Another remote possibility for conspiracy theorists is that they are suffering a minor DDOS attack on their name servers.

For me, rss.uribl.com has address 72.52.4.73

As an interim solution, use http://72.52.4.73
