What's the best way to get support with Complainterator?

Hi,

I'm new to this forum but I very much agree with its objective (to rid the world of spam) and I'm very keen to do my bit if I can. I am using Complainterator (which I think is a brilliant piece of software), but I'm not technical enough to understand what it's doing or how it works. In consequence, I'm using it exactly as a robot would do (i.e. dutifully following the instructions but not really understanding what I'm doing). When Complainterator doesn't work as expected (as occasionally happens), up until now, I've just ignored it and then moved on to report the next piece of spam. However, it would be better if I could make a post somewhere that says something like "I've just tried to report spamvertised website … using Complainterator but I couldn't because the following unexpected event (…) happened. Can anybody explain what I'm doing wrong?" Is this the correct place to do that or should I be doing it somewhere else?

Let me reassure you, I do learn quickly, and would only need to be told what I was doing wrong once. Any assistance would be gratefully received.

Thanks in advance and best regards

Johnno

Hi
You should have access to the "tools" section. Complainterator q&a is in the 2nd topic there..
