Hi

I've been receiving regular large amounts of spam always linking to this site as a payment processor.

The only things they sell are "get rich quick" schemes.

No contact information for any of it. No means of contacting anyone involved with their (alleged) "affiliate program" if there even is one.

Their website used to feature a single gmail account as their contact. Now it has a blank page with a title of "404".

Anyone have any line on who these morons are or where they're located?

They use two different payment processing companies to handle their transactions in real time:

algocharge.com
allcharge.com

Contacting them does absolutely nothing either.

Open to any information or suggestions for retaliation.

I noticed the addresses in Israel; you've likely already seen them. McAfee TrustedSource continues to list its mail server as IP 81.218.236.26 (dc-70ad0844-mail.securepps.com) in Israel. Both TrustedSource and hpHosts strongly caution about phishing. Steven Burn of hpHosts has an IBR account; I'll send him a PM at WOT about this thread.

Quite a claim in the About US. AllCharge looks legit, so it would be a good idea to contact the founder if you have any concerns about the abuse of its site. Contact page is http://allcharge.com/contact-us.asp?sender=about-us so put
