Elections were scheduled November 7. This may or may not be related to the DDoS around November 1 that shut down this whole country for 3 days. The lead up to the attack started around October 25.

Myanmar has a total country bandwidth of 65 Mega bps through land and satellite links, no match for the huge 10 - 15 Giga bps attack
