This is the old family name scam, but in Russian. You key in the family surname, and for a price you get a potted family history.
It is currently being promoted in the Microsoft spaces.live.com redirection abuse.

To prove it is a scam, put in any ridiculous surname, but in Cyrillic font, like
sorry = сожалению
and you will get the response (translated)
