S5SERVICE.INFO is used to host porno pictures used in spam messages for links to porn sites.
It also host pictures used in spam for the Russian bride fraud.

The Whois registration information that Directi seems to think is acceptable -

... apart from that, there is no local exchange "123" anywhere in the US, and no Zombie City anywhere in the world, it seems (how sad! I did look it up, as any country with names like "Tombstone, AZ," "Death Valley, NV," "Bucksnort, TN," "Intercourse, PA" and "Toadsuck Lake, AR," might actually have a "Zombie City, LA.")

The domain "rouge.bz" is being used by Japanese spammer(s).
e.g. hXXp://rouge.bz/g7g/sefre-dx/

The WHOIS data can be acquired at

.bz is not .biz. ICANN isn't in charge of it.

Don't assume they won't be responsive -- a lot of small registries are much more competent than ICANN at dealing with fraud. Their future income depends on not being associated with spam and fraud.
