I guess plagiarism is the sincerest form of flattery.

Although he tried to paraphrase the text, he clearly has stolen all of it from the Spamwiki without attribution. Do we make a copyright claim? If it's Jamie vs. the Spaminator, my money's definitely on the latter.

People crank up Jamie just for the hell of it. He keeps going through web hosts and news providers for some reason and of course he ain't allowed to use google anymore thanks to Vinton. Canada has a bit of a problem with this type of cyber bullying/harassment/stalking.

On the other hand, it being a "wiki" and "open" - is there any clause on the Spamtrackers Wiki that prohibits blatant copy/pasting/trasposing the data to other formats? If not, perhaps it would be a good time to include something of the like.

Simple answer, to pretend to be a spam fighter while hosting hate pages against anti's.
Nanae has finally had enough and as related on my blog his false malicious larts have caused damage. In my case I lost an ISP and am now fighting a legal battle with my ex ISP.

His wiki is not open. It has one author. If you post anything he does not like he will report you and if he finds out where you work he will lart your employer.

Why did he lart me. Because I had him tossed from google services, guess who I know at google, and guess who protects my blog against Baillie larts?

Individual authors give up rights to their contributions in order to permit other authors to edit their entries further. But I believe the website itself can properly claim copyright on the content as a whole. Had he even provided a citation of where he got the material, I think he would have been okay, but to present it as his own work without attribution is a problem.
