Gary Warner has an interesting blog posting - "Operation Open Market: The Vendors"
Ref: http://garwarner.blogspot.co.nz/2012/03/operation-open-market-vendors.html

The indictment itself is a 50 page PDF
http://www.cis.uab.edu/forensics/blog/Kostyukov.Indictment.pdf
The District Court of Nevada has indicted 39 identified and yet to be identified people on multiple charges relating to carding and identity theft. Their watering hole was the Russian website at CARDER.SU

That indictment is pretty interesting. They got them on all sorts of things.
However this is only one of the three indictments. Does anyone have the other two?

Case No: 2:12-CR-083
Case No. 2:12-CR-084

Both are outlined here:

It appears to just be some sort of separation of the defendants.

Yeah, I saw the press release which separates them into 3 groups, but I haven't found the two missing indictments showing what they are charged with, etc.

n early 2012, the Nevada U.S. attorney’s office obtained four separate indictments charging 55 members and associates, including the group’s Russian leaders, in a sweeping racketeering and identity theft conspiracy.
Quote:
Eight defendants have pleaded guilty, and others are awaiting trial in February.
Quote:
Two of the defendants — Alexander Kostyukov, 29, of Miami, and David Camez, 22, of Phoenix — are to stand trial before U.S. District Judge Andrew Gordon on Monday
